Your website is part of your active subscription with My SMB Website. Because we manage and maintain every site on our own servers, the website cannot be transferred or self-hosted elsewhere. If your subscription ends, your site and its files will no longer be accessible.

To keep your website running smoothly and securely, all updates are handled by our team. Simply submit a request through your client portal, and we’ll make the changes for you—usually within one business days.
How long does it take to launch my website?
Most websites are launched within 30 days of your subscription start date. The process can move even faster if we receive your content and feedback promptly during onboarding.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your website will remain online until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your site will be taken offline, and access to it will end. Because it’s a managed service, the website and files cannot be transferred or hosted elsewhere.
